Define strategy, manage analysts, ensure 24/7 coverage for critical windows, develop supply-demand and price forecasts, track generation fleets and fuel markets, build scalable models and dashboards, partner with trading and data engineering, and present actionable analysis to senior stakeholders.

Support global administration of equity plans, maintain participant records, process transactions, enhance models and platforms, produce reporting and reconciliations, support compliance and audits, develop forecasting/analytics tools, liaise with vendors, and contribute to process automation and ad-hoc data analysis.
