Coordinates early-career recruitment, candidate communications, interviews, and talent events. Supports leadership development, learning and development activities, performance and talent reviews, succession planning, Workday processes, job architecture, reporting, and talent databases. The role also manages event logistics, internal learning campaigns, invoices, data analysis, and administrative coordination while ensuring confidentiality and a positive candidate and employee experience.

Supports the Group’s transfer pricing function through documentation, compliance, intercompany pricing policies, tax filings, agreement reviews, audit responses, legislative monitoring, and advisory projects. Collaborates with Finance, Legal, M&A, Commercial, and Controlling teams to analyze transactions and improve transfer pricing processes and reporting in an international commodity trading environment.

Responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing complex physical trading contracts in oil, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks.
