Lead Gridcog's people function end-to-end: develop people strategy, partner with execs on org design and hiring, improve hiring/onboarding/performance, manage people operations and compliance, and strengthen culture and engagement across a distributed SaaS team.

Lead growth in Advisory and Large Loads (e.g., data centres) by owning complex, multi-region deals, maturing GTM playbooks, running demos, structuring bespoke commercial agreements, managing pipeline/CRM and procurement/security reviews, and mentoring junior BD team members.

Lead Gridcog's marketing strategy, budget and execution to generate qualified top-of-funnel leads. Build brand, positioning, multi-channel campaigns, content, events and growth activities, own martech and website performance, and scale the team across UK, Australia and Europe. Act as a player-coach, stay hands-on, align tightly with sales, measure impact rigorously, and evolve the playbook to increase market recognition and lead volume.
