Coordinate employee lifecycle processes, HR documentation, onboarding, pre-employment checks, benefits administration, records, reporting, and employee-relations support. Manage the day-to-day operation of the London office, including access, equipment, supplies, visitors, events, health and safety, and workplace improvements. Maintain confidentiality, support People projects, document procedures, and help improve recurring HR workflows.

Generate qualified sales opportunities through personalized email, LinkedIn, and cold-call outreach. Respond to inbound leads, qualify prospects, uncover business needs, test messaging and sequences, and schedule meetings. Collaborate with GTM Engineering, Product, and Sales while sharing market insights and building product expertise. The role focuses on B2B SaaS prospecting in a fast-growing API and AI technology environment.

Customer-facing technical role to onboard and deploy Gravitee platform for enterprise customers: design architectures, configure products, implement use cases, troubleshoot integrations, manage escalations, and act as a trusted advisor supporting product and engineering feedback.

Lead technical pre-sales activities: run discovery, deliver demos and PoCs, translate customer needs into solutions, support account growth, partner with sales, product and marketing to shape product direction.

Manage and grow a portfolio of enterprise customers across EMEA North, own renewals, act as strategic advisor, run customer reviews and roadmap alignment, identify expansion opportunities, coordinate with Product/Engineering/Support, and mitigate adoption or renewal risks.

Own product roadmaps for Gravitee products, lead discovery and development with engineering and design, prioritize global user needs, prototype with AI-assisted tools, track product metrics, present solutions to customers, analyze market and competitors, and support product marketing and sales enablement.
