The Mission: We are the first to bridge traditional API Management with the new frontier of AI Agent Security

The Momentum: A high-growth Leader - combining market credibility with startup speed

The DNA: We hire people who Hold Nothing Back - passionate builders who want to redefine digital infrastructure

Don't just watch the AI revolution. Build the infrastructure that controls and secures it.

The Role

We're looking for a Product Manager to own the roadmap for the MCP or the Agents module of AI Agent Management - a product that lets enterprises connect, govern, and control the tools their AI agents call.

You'll work in close partnership with an Engineering Manager and their pod, balancing user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial priorities in a space that's evolving fast.

What You'll Be Doing

At Gravitee, impact isn't abstract, it's visible. In this role, you will:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for native MCP or A2A support across Gravitee's platform.

  • Work closely with your Engineering Manager and pod through discovery, design, and delivery.

  • Collect and prioritize the needs of customers building or adopting MCP servers and clients, or Agents and A2A

  • Prototype new capabilities using AI-assisted tools to validate ideas before committing engineering investment.

  • Present product direction directly to customers and prospects, often alongside field teams.

  • Track adoption and usage metrics for MCP / Agent capabilities and turn them into a clear action plan.

Your impact will be visible, measurable, and felt by every customer connecting tools to their agents through Gravitee.

Essential Skills
  • Product Management in the Enterprise software space

  • Customer-facing presentation & communication skills

  • Strong technical background, ideally with experience in API infrastructure or developer tools.

  • Comfortable communicating complex technical trade-offs to both engineers and business stakeholders.

  • Working understanding of the Model Context Protocol, A2A, and the broader agent tooling ecosystem.

  • Good understanding of REST APIs and integration patterns.

  • Genuine curiosity about how AI capabilities are reshaping tool orchestration.

Desired Skills
  • Direct experience building or integrating MCP servers or clients, and/or Agents.

  • Background in solutions engineering, consulting, or customer success.

  • Experience with multi-LLM or agent orchestration products.

  • Familiarity with API gateway or API management products.

  • Sensitivity to security and governance issues.

Who Thrives at Gravitee

You'll do well here if you:

  • Care deeply about quality, clarity, and impact

  • Are curious, adaptable, and excited by emerging technologies like AI

  • Take ownership and follow through

  • Value collaboration, openness, and continuous improvement

Bonus points if you've worked with APIs, cloud-native platforms, AI-enabled systems, or open source, but curiosity matters most.
