Own and scale Gravitee's EMEA partner ecosystem: source, onboard, co-sell with System Integrators and strategic partners, negotiate commercial agreements, set and report partner targets, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive measurable partner-led revenue.

Lead a cross-functional enablement strategy to accelerate performance, onboarding, product fluency, and skill development. Build scalable onboarding, knowledge ecosystems, product enablement, coaching frameworks, and KPI-driven measurement to optimize ramp time, quota attainment, CSAT, and support outcomes. Partner across Sales, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Support.
