As a Senior Benefits Partner, you will administer and enhance employee benefits across multiple EMEA countries, ensuring compliance, cost analysis, and effective communication to employees and stakeholders.

Lead enterprise risk, compliance and operational resilience programs. Shape governance, influence senior leaders, strengthen controls, drive business continuity and continuous improvement across risk, audit and assurance.

Provide in-house commercial and corporate legal support for UK and Ireland markets, including drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, managing disputes and insolvency matters, advising on product, regulatory and operational projects, supporting governance and tax tasks, and maintaining legal templates and playbooks. Work closely with senior counsel and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice that enables growth while managing risk.
