Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and R&D on clinical positioning, competitive analysis, product launches, and sales enablement. Provides clinical insights and performance updates to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory, ethical, and business alignment across regions.

Supports global manufacturing, capacity, resiliency, and network strategies. Develops roadmaps, business cases, make-or-buy assessments, and location or investment recommendations. Tracks manufacturing KPIs, capacity, utilization, resilience, and financial performance while applying Lean and Six Sigma methods. Collaborates with manufacturing sites, engineering, and supply chain teams across a global organization, supports change management, and prepares strategic updates for senior leadership while ensuring regulatory, quality, and safety alignment.

Lead demonstrations and trials of molecular imaging and radiation oncology digital solutions, drive customer success and adoption, enable sales through value-based messaging, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate training, gather user feedback, and track adoption KPIs to support revenue and margin growth.

Lead clinical workflow and integration implementations for iRT oncology software: assess customer workflows, define connectivity and configuration needs, lead pre/post-sales technical onboarding, provide hands-on integration coding and troubleshooting, ensure quality, testing, and go-live readiness, and improve scalable integration processes.
