Create integrated visual campaigns and multimedia content for GE HealthCare PDx international markets, ensuring brand consistency. Develop marketing collateral, presentations, infographics, video/motion graphics, and digital assets; apply human-centered design; collaborate with marketing, product, and digital teams; enforce brand governance and support campaign deployment.

Lead and develop the European Regulatory Affairs team, define and execute regulatory strategies, ensure compliance with EU/UK medical device regulations (MDR, PRRC/UKRP), oversee CE/UKCA submissions and interactions with Notified Bodies, monitor regulatory changes, support audits/inspections, and collaborate cross-functionally to guide product launch and postmarket activities.

Lead demonstrations and trials of molecular imaging and radiation oncology digital solutions, drive customer success and adoption, enable sales through value-based messaging, identify upsell opportunities, coordinate training, gather user feedback, and track adoption KPIs to support revenue and margin growth.
