Supports project coordination, marketing budget administration, purchase orders, external events, vendor and customer setup, compliance processes, payments, and marketing-material logistics. Requires strong communication, organization, interpersonal, leadership, problem-solving, English-language, and independent-working skills, plus basic marketing and executive-support experience.

Lead and develop the European Regulatory Affairs team, define and execute regulatory strategies, ensure compliance with EU/UK medical device regulations (MDR, PRRC/UKRP), oversee CE/UKCA submissions and interactions with Notified Bodies, monitor regulatory changes, support audits/inspections, and collaborate cross-functionally to guide product launch and postmarket activities.

Leads international clinical education strategy for the CVUS portfolio, developing programs, coordinating regional clinical leaders, and measuring education outcomes. Manages partnerships with medical device companies, educators, and clinical institutions. Collaborates with Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and R&D on clinical positioning, competitive analysis, product launches, and sales enablement. Provides clinical insights and performance updates to senior leadership while ensuring regulatory, ethical, and business alignment across regions.
