Manage pre- and post-contract cost and commercial activities on construction projects, including procurement, tendering, cost planning, estimating, cashflow forecasting, change control, risk management, client reporting, and leading junior staff while supporting business development and recruitment.

Lead supply chain assessments, market engagement, and supplier analysis to develop procurement strategies and interactive dashboards (Excel, Power BI). Advise senior stakeholders, mentor junior staff, and support business development for construction and infrastructure projects.

Provide pre- and post-contract cost management on large infrastructure projects (especially energy). Duties include procurement and tendering, cost planning and estimating using CostX, budget monitoring, change control (preferably NEC), cashflow and risk management, stakeholder engagement, report writing, and supporting business development and sector initiatives.
