The Project Controls Manager oversees document control, reporting, and project management tasks to facilitate project progress and stakeholder communication within the PMO team.

Lead end-to-end bid and proposal management for infrastructure and major projects. Coordinate stakeholders, produce high-quality written submissions and presentations, manage tender portals and opportunity pipelines, support market intelligence, maintain bid library and drive continuous improvement in bid processes.

The Associate/Senior Associate will manage pre and post contract activities, oversee procurement, and ensure budget compliance for high-profile infrastructure projects.
