The Project Controls Manager oversees document control, reporting, and project management tasks to facilitate project progress and stakeholder communication within the PMO team.

Lead risk management activities for large, complex projects; develop and implement risk procedures, produce QRAs using specialist software, analyse data, report to stakeholders, mentor junior staff, support bids and business development, and represent the service line externally.

Provide pre- and post-contract cost management on large infrastructure projects (especially energy). Duties include procurement and tendering, cost planning and estimating using CostX, budget monitoring, change control (preferably NEC), cashflow and risk management, stakeholder engagement, report writing, and supporting business development and sector initiatives.
