Leads G2’s EMEA marketing strategy, budget, pipeline target, events, account-based marketing, and demand generation. Translates global go-to-market programs for European buyers, partners with Sales and central Growth Marketing, manages funnel reviews and marketing-to-sales handoffs, and reports on pipeline and revenue metrics. The role also manages and develops one direct report while serving as the marketing representative on the EMEA leadership team.

Lead development of multimodal AI products for G2’s software marketplace. Build agent-driven user journeys, multimodal image and audio features, scalable full-stack systems, and production-quality evaluation workflows. Partner with product owners on requirements, scope, prioritization, and rapid MVP delivery. Manage, mentor, and provide technical leadership to engineers while advancing agent-first development practices.

Partner with sales to design and present data-driven solution plans and ROI assessments for EMEA (and AMER) prospects. Scope integrations of G2 data into customers' marketing and sales stacks, create visual narratives, handle 4-6 requests weekly, and contribute to team projects while maintaining subject-matter expertise.
