About The Role

As G2’s only Partner Manager based in EMEA, your mission is to expand the impact of G2’s most strategic partners to EMEA, building real influence with the EMEA based revenue and marketing leaders and their orgs at G2’s strategic integration, agency and channel partners. You'll drive inbound co-sell activity to our field and collaborate with G2’s revenue org to effectively activate partners in their deal and renewal cycles. You will also extend this internal work to G2’s field in APAC

As part of this role, you’ll work to grow EMEA based relationships and revenue with newly established Ads partners, a growing revenue segment at G2, and a select set of agency partners you will prioritize as having the highest leverage for pipeline generation and revenue in the region. Core to this role is the ability to work globally with the North American based team to understand and extend the global strategy for the partners you’re activating in EMEA, while also partnering very closely with EMEA based revenue leaders.

In This Role, You Will:

Build and Expand Partner Relationships to Grow Influence Across G2

  • Develop genuine influence with EMEA-based revenue and marketing leaders at partner organizations, establishing yourself as the regional counterpart for partners whose primary relationship with G2 has historically been run from North America.

  • Work closely with the North American partner team to understand and extend the global strategy for each partner you activate, while providing regional insight that shapes how those strategies land in EMEA & APAC.

  • Partner with G2’s EMEA revenue leaders and field teams to activate partners in live deals and renewal cycles, ensuring partner involvement is timely, relevant, and tied to specific accounts and opportunities.

  • Work with partner-side Sales, Marketing, and Enablement teams in the region to launch joint offers, map shared accounts, and deliver customer-facing education on our joint value, adapting messaging to local market dynamics, languages, and buying behaviors.

  • Partner with CS leadership in region to drive adoption of integrations among EMEA & APAC customers to increase renewal and expansion, and extend partner use cases (e.g., MCP Connectors, data package installations) across G2’s most strategic integration partners in the region.

  • Monitor and analyze EMEA partner performance to optimize program impact, and provide regular updates to leadership on adoption rates, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact by region and partner.

Partner Development

  • Develop a select set of new partner relationships that have high leverage for EMEA & APAC pipeline and revenue. Manage development end-to-end, from initial conversations through commercials, GTM planning, and activation.

  • Embed G2 within partner revenue teams, building the relationships and cadence needed to keep G2 top of mind as a growth lever for them.

  • Ensure G2's internal teams understand the value each partner brings and how to activate them to drive revenue for their own books of business.

Be a Subject Matter Expert on G2’s integration capabilities

  • Build rapport with sales and partners as an expert on G2 and our partner ecosystem

  • Create leverage on the Partnership team by consistently sharing new learnings and industry insights

Minimum Qualifications:

We realize applying for jobs can feel daunting at times. Even if you don’t check all the boxes in the job description, we encourage you to apply anyway.

  • 7+ years of experience in tech-related partnerships, sales, or customer success, with a track record of developing senior and executive-level relationships across partner revenue, marketing, and product organizations

  • Ability to understand and effectively communicate the basic mechanics and shared value of G2’s integrations with our most strategic partners.

  • Proven experience developing and scaling partnerships globally, with a track record of consistently delivering strong adoption and revenue growth

  • Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills

  • Comfortable with ambiguity, bringing innovation and good judgment to fast-paced, quickly changing environments, and knowing when to bring structure and process as we grow and adapt to a shifting market

  • Exceptional relationship management, collaboration, and communication skills

  • A self-starter who exhibits passion, persistence, and drive in your work.
