Build and migrate programme data models and pipelines in Snowflake, including Snowflake ML implementations. Transform PySpark pipelines, assess Snowflake-native alternatives, validate model performance with Data Scientists, document findings, support Pre-Prod to Prod cutover, and resolve issues during the warranty period.

Analyze retail sales, customer, inventory, pricing, promotional, and channel data to identify growth opportunities and improve decision-making. Build dashboards and reporting tools, apply statistical methods and visualization, communicate insights to senior leadership, and collaborate with sales, marketing, product, and retail operations teams. Drive analytics automation and process improvements across omnichannel retail performance.

Manage end-to-end testing across a complex portfolio, including functional, non-functional, integration, operational acceptance, and user acceptance testing. Develop risk-based test strategies, plans, and reports; coordinate offshore testing vendors; manage environments and test data; ensure quality, traceability, compliance, and delivery against time, cost, and quality targets. Lead testing teams, provide technical guidance, report progress and risks, and advise stakeholders across agile and waterfall projects.
