Leads client engagements and RGM projects for CPG organizations, combining consulting, data science, machine learning, analytics, and stakeholder management. Responsibilities include facilitating workshops, designing solution frameworks, generating insights, guiding data scientists and analysts, developing and refining models, coordinating engineering and product teams, supporting industrialization, and ensuring scalable, modular codebases. The role requires deep CPG and revenue growth management expertise, strong client communication, and the ability to lead advanced analytics and machine learning initiatives.

Owns P&L and commercial growth for a CPG analytics and digital technology portfolio. Leads senior client relationships, consulting pursuits, and end-to-end engagements spanning marketing effectiveness, trade promotion, revenue growth management, and demand planning. Defines commercial analytics platform architectures, improves data quality and governance, advises on investment decisions, oversees delivery across multidisciplinary teams, and mentors consultants.

Lead client engagements to analyze large, complex datasets, build data pipelines and dashboards, automate marketing tracking, harmonize data, apply statistical methods (R/Python), and communicate insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
