Senior advisory role to define and scale CPG data foundations: shape multi-year roadmaps, prioritise platform capabilities, guide data acquisition/harmonisation and governance, engage executive stakeholders, and translate complex data/architecture decisions into commercial outcomes.

Lead design and deliver scalable, secure Azure-based data architectures for insurance platforms (Lloyd's marketplace). Translate business objectives into end-to-end solutions, provide architecture leadership across data platforms and integrations, drive strategy and innovation, support underwriting/claims/policy processes, create roadmaps and data storytelling, and manage stakeholder expectations and governance throughout projects.

Lead and coordinate a portfolio of learning and development programs promoting payment solutions across Europe. Manage end-to-end program operations, timelines, events, stakeholder engagement, KPI reporting, risk and dependency mitigation, and governance. Drive content and agenda design, oversee logistics for workshops and conferences, and maintain programme documentation while partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver executive-level learning experiences.
