Lead and build a Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence across EMEA and APAC. Define total rewards strategy, implement EU pay transparency, manage annual compensation cycles, design global benefits and wellbeing programs, provide reward governance, support M&A and equity management, and deliver data-driven analytics and HRIS-aligned reporting to senior stakeholders.

Lead requirements elicitation, stakeholder engagement, process improvement, solution design, data analysis, UAT and change management for enterprise IT applications. Develop BRDs, functional specs, test plans, training materials, and governance to support SaaS migrations, ERP/CRM initiatives, and business transformation projects.

Lead and deliver large-scale enterprise IT projects (CRM, ERP, Finance, migrations), manage stakeholder engagement, budgets, risks, vendors and change management, mentor project teams, and ensure governance, compliance and project quality throughout the lifecycle.
