Support ecommerce growth for creator-led products by launching and scaling products, driving multi-channel acquisition (social, paid, email, podcast, affiliates), optimising conversion and retention (CAC, ROAS, LTV), leading creative campaign development, and using data-led testing to continuously improve performance across the full funnel.

Work directly with the executive team to structure ambiguous strategic questions, build financial models (P&L, valuation, scenarios), run market sizing and diligence, produce executive-ready memos, and operate a live AI agent stack to inform go/no-go decisions across a creator-economy ecosystem.

Lead development and scaling of a global community for The Diary of a CEO. Design digital spaces and in-person experiences (meet-ups, events, clubs, retreats), activate member-led initiatives, gather community feedback into content and products, measure impact with qualitative and quantitative signals, and create repeatable systems and blueprints to scale community across FlightStory shows.
