Build and maintain web and mobile application features across the Scala and Play Framework backend and React, TypeScript, and AG-Grid frontend. Provides technical client relationship management for FlexTrade’s trading platform. Responsibilities include gathering business and workflow requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, onboarding FIX connections and FX liquidity providers, collaborating with developers, supporting global clients, investigating issues, and driving resolutions. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills alongside a numerate bachelor’s degree and an interest in financial capital markets.

Support FlexTrade’s trading software suite by gathering client requirements, designing and implementing technical solutions, onboarding FIX connections and FX liquidity providers, and collaborating with development teams on testing and deployment. Provide global client support, investigate issues through resolution, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
