Develop full-stack features using Scala, Play Framework, React, TypeScript, and AG-Grid; lead migration from Codename One to React Native; improve quality, testing, observability, and performance; mentor engineers; support hiring and onboarding; and collaborate with desktop teams on feature parity and architecture.
