About You

Based in FlexTrade’s London office, this role is for a candidate who wants to take ownership of their work and translate business needs and goals into effective marketing strategies and execution, adding value to the businesses they support. You enjoy solving complex problems by combining creativity, intuition, and data.  You are on top of the latest marketing trends, want to experiment with using the latest technologies, but understand how to translate ideas into actionable output. A mix of demand generation and product marketing, depending on business priorities.  You may not have all the answers, but you understand how to work within a broader team and are willing to go the extra mile.  Does this sound like you?

  • Previous experience in a marketing role in a financial technology firm (preferred) or financial institution.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and an ability to adapt and prioritize self-sufficiently.

  • Strong planning skills and experience in the execution of modern marketing channels: managing social media, creating content, and using digital marketing (Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Express/Canva, Office 365, Mailchimp, Zoom Sessions, Salesforce, Intent Monitoring tools). This role will not have heavy vendor support – we are looking for someone to roll up their sleeves to support the business.

  • Ability to successfully partner with a broad range of regional colleagues from sales, product, and marketing to drive lead generation and client engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

  • Experience in developing effective marketing plans and executing with other regional marketing teams and creative agencies. Experience in managing digital campaigns, tracking metrics, and budgets.

  • Experience in working remotely– with direct and dotted-line reporting structures.

  • Flexibility to travel.
