Client-facing technical role supporting implementation and ongoing support of FlexTradesystems (FlexOMS). Translate business requirements to technical solutions, onboard FIX connections and liquidity providers, work with developers to design and deploy custom solutions, manage client relationships, investigate and resolve issues from start to finish.

Manage multiple client implementations for FlexTrade's trading solutions, coordinate technical teams, communicate progress and risks, train traders, run reviews, and identify upsell opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Develop and maintain FlexONE OMS/EMS features in Java/Scala. Design UI components (Swing), implement features and performance improvements, write unit tests, and support CI/CD (Docker, Jenkins) within an agile Kanban team.

Lead development of FlexONE web and mobile applications across a Scala/Play backend and React/TypeScript frontend. Drive mobile migration, ensure quality, observability and performance, mentor engineers, assist hiring, and collaborate with desktop teams to deliver feature parity.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team, managing day-to-day BAU, incidents, change and problem processes. Oversee M365/Intune/Azure, VDI, endpoints, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, vendor relationships, budgeting, KPIs/SLAs, projects, and knowledge management while partnering with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.
