Provide global client support, investigate issues through resolution, manage expectations, and communicate effectively with business and technical stakeholders. The role combines relationship management, software implementation, technical troubleshooting, and financial capital markets expertise.

Lead and mentor a global Corporate IT support team, managing day-to-day BAU, incidents, change and problem processes. Oversee M365/Intune/Azure, VDI, endpoints, ServiceNow/Jira/Confluence, vendor relationships, budgeting, KPIs/SLAs, projects, and knowledge management while partnering with InfoSec to maintain secure, stable services.
