Support holiday activity camps for children aged 4–12 by planning and delivering programs, motivating participants, communicating with parents and teachers, maintaining health and safety, and ensuring compliance with policies. The role requires childcare or sports activity experience, relevant Level 1 or 2 qualifications, teamwork, organization, leadership, and a valid DBS check.

Plan and deliver fun activity programs for children aged 4–12 in an extended-school setting. Motivate children, communicate with parents and teachers, provide care during meals and activities, maintain health and safety, and ensure compliance with organizational policies. The role requires teamwork, organization, leadership, childcare experience, a Level 3 Child Care qualification, and a valid DBS check.

Leads company-wide HR and recruitment strategy, services, policies, employee relations, performance management, talent planning, organisational development, and compliance. Advises senior management on employment law, manages complex disciplinary and grievance matters, oversees recruitment processes and hiring deadlines, and manages HR and recruitment staff. Also develops appraisal systems, recruitment materials, induction support, retention initiatives, succession planning, and HR-related projects such as restructures.
