Manage full-cycle talent acquisition across FINN Partners EMEA: source, screen, present candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS records, draft offer letters/contracts, partner with hiring managers, ensure compliance with EMEA employment laws, and track recruitment trends and referrals.

The Account Executive will support media relations, pitching, and writing for clients in the travel industry, while managing events and client communications.

Lead cross-functional digital projects (websites, landing pages, campaigns) from brief to delivery. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; coordinate teams, vendors, and clients; run meetings, QA and reviews; identify risks and implement solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.
