- Build trusted client relationships and develop a strong understanding of their businesses, audiences and marketing priorities.
- Independently lead a portfolio of accounts while playing a key role on a large global client relationship.
- Lead integrated marketing activity from brief through to delivery, bringing together the right specialist teams.
- Translate client objectives into clear briefs, priorities and actionable plans.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, campaign reviews and planning conversations with confidence.
- Manage budgets and timelines closely, ensuring activity remains on track.
- Maintain a clear view of client satisfaction, account health and upcoming priorities.
- Identify risks early, manage expectations and proactively bring solutions.
- Use campaign and performance insights to inform recommendations and strengthen client activity.
- Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and introduce relevant FINN capabilities.
- Develop scopes, estimates, proposals and growth plans in partnership with senior and specialist teams.
- Client services experience within an integrated, creative, digital or marketing agency.
- Experience independently managing client accounts and leading integrated marketing activity.
- Experience working across multiple sectors and audiences, ideally including both B2B and B2C clients.
- Confidence managing client stakeholders and leading client conversations.
- Strong commercial awareness, including experience managing scopes, budgets and account performance.
- A good understanding of integrated marketing across areas such as brand, creative, content, digital, websites, SEO, social and media.
- Experience identifying organic growth opportunities within existing client relationships.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and workstreams.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
- A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
