Manage full-cycle talent acquisition across FINN Partners EMEA: source, screen, present candidates, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS records, draft offer letters/contracts, partner with hiring managers, ensure compliance with EMEA employment laws, and track recruitment trends and referrals.

Lead cross-functional digital projects (websites, landing pages, campaigns) from brief to delivery. Create and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation; coordinate teams, vendors, and clients; run meetings, QA and reviews; identify risks and implement solutions to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Lead day-to-day PR and social media for consumer accounts across sports betting, fashion and food & drink. Manage client relationships, develop and execute creative campaigns, oversee events and media relations, coach junior staff, support billing/reporting and contribute to new business and research initiatives.
