Builds production platforms for AI agents and LLM-backed services, including identity, access controls, secrets, evaluation, regression testing, and operational safeguards. Mentors engineers, communicates technical trade-offs, and supports broader platform and developer-experience strategy.

Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for MDR, EDR, and incident response products. Lead customer discovery, cross-functional delivery, go-to-market planning, vendor partnerships, and product operations. Mentor product managers and influence company strategy while scaling cybersecurity capabilities across Europe. Requires extensive senior product management experience, deep cybersecurity expertise, strong business acumen, excellent stakeholder communication, fluent English, and C2 German.

Own product marketing strategy for Eye Security’s MDR/XDR cybersecurity portfolio. Develop positioning, value propositions, go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, competitive intelligence, and content strategy. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing while mentoring team members and influencing product roadmap decisions. The role requires deep cybersecurity market knowledge, strong B2B SaaS marketing experience, strategic execution, fluent English, and C2 German.
