We combine cutting-edge technology with hands-on expertise to detect, respond to, and recover from cyber threats in real time. Our team brings together talent from intelligence, military, tech, and consulting backgrounds — all united by a shared mission: to make enterprise-grade cybersecurity accessible to every business, not just the big players.

At Eye, you'll work on projects with an international footprint, solving real-world challenges and helping to build a safer digital future for our clients.

About this role

We're looking for a Staff Product Marketing Manager – Cybersecurity (m/f/x) to join our Product team and help define how Eye Security is positioned and perceived in the market.

This is a senior individual contributor role where you'll take ownership of product marketing strategy for our MDR/XDR portfolio whilst mentoring and guiding our existing marketing team. You'll be the connective tissue between Product, Sales, and Commercial teams, translating complex cybersecurity capabilities into compelling value propositions and driving go-to-market execution that resonates with buyers and customers.

As our business continues to expand across Europe and new products launch, this role sits at the strategic centre of our go-to-market motion. You'll shape how we position ourselves competitively, influence sales enablement, drive content strategy, and own competitive intelligence that informs both marketing and product decisions.

This is a high-impact individual contributor role designed for someone who thrives on autonomy, strategic thinking, and executing with speed in a fast-growing environment.

What you will do
  • Define and continuously evolve the core positioning and value propositions of our cybersecurity offerings to ensure they resonate with technical and business audiences alike.

  • Develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and key service updates, in close partnership with Product, Sales, and Engineering teams.

  • Equip our sales and pre-sales teams with impactful enablement materials from pitch decks and training to battlecards, objection handling guides, and product demonstrations.

  • Build and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape to sharpen positioning, inform product roadmap influence, and support strategic decisions.

  • Define and oversee a content strategy that supports thought leadership, demand generation, and customer education across blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and decks.

  • Act as the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing, ensuring alignment and clarity across functions.

  • Apply deep knowledge of threats, technologies, and market trends to inform all aspects of messaging, positioning, and strategic planning.

What you will need
  • 7+ years of experience in Product Marketing, with proven expertise in the cybersecurity domain.

  • Demonstrated ability to define product messaging, execute go-to-market strategies, and enable sales teams in complex B2B SaaS environments.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity market dynamics, customer pain points, and competitive positioning. You can speak confidently about MDR, EDR, IR, and the threat landscape.

  • Strategic and analytical mindset with a bias for action. Comfortable setting direction and executing on it with high agency.

  • Proven track record of leading, developing, and mentoring high-performing team members.

  • Fluent English; German language (C2) is required

Nice-to-have
  • Startup or scale-up background at a high-growth company.

  • Experience with positioning frameworks and go-to-market methodologies.

  • Track record of successful product launches or market repositioning initiatives.

  • Prior experience in vendor-led or partner-enabled go-to-market models.

What we offer
  • A meaningful mission: protect organizations across Europe from real-world cyber threats.

  • Work with top-tier professionals from national CERTs, intelligence agencies, and leading tech backgrounds.

  • Full strategic ownership of a mission-critical product area in a high-growth cybersecurity scale-up.

  • Mentorship and growth: lead and develop the next generation of product managers; grow into broader strategy and leadership roles.

  • A remote-friendly culture with quarterly meetups and annual company retreats (in Spain, Portugal, Italy…).

  • Weekly lunches (NL) and Thursday socials to stay connected.

  • A generous time-off policy, including wellbeing and volunteering days.

  • Competitive salary and benefits package, including equity participation.

Are you up for it?

We look forward to receiving your application.

We are an equal opportunity employer. We are committed to making our hiring process accessible to everyone. If you need a reasonable accommodation to apply or interview for this role, please inform the TA team.
