Provides administrative support to executives by managing schedules, travel, meetings, correspondence, reports, expenses, mailboxes, filing systems, and confidential information. Coordinates meetings, records minutes, tracks follow-ups, prepares executive reporting, and supports leadership with reliable, professional communication. Requires prior personal assistant or administrative experience, strong Microsoft Office and Concur proficiency, excellent organization, problem-solving, communication, and independent working skills, plus the right to work in the UK.

Supervise European air pricing activities, mentor Pricing Analysts, manage RFQ workflows, support pricing strategy, and ensure accurate, polished bid responses. Analyze bid data using Excel and Power BI, coordinate with sales and product stakeholders, conduct final RFQ reviews, support negotiations, maintain pricing tools and tariffs, and contribute to pricing initiatives and projects.

Coordinates air freight requests for quotation, develops pricing strategies, integrates rates into customer formats, manages bid responses, audits submissions, and maintains pricing tools, tariffs, bid logs, and documentation. The role analyzes data using Excel and Power BI, collaborates with sales and product stakeholders, supports pricing projects, and manages multiple deadlines while maintaining industry knowledge, communication standards, and company policies.
