The Assistant Financial Controller will oversee financial operations, ensure compliance, lead cost-reduction initiatives, and support budgeting and financial strategy.

Manage day-to-day project cargo operations across a defined European region, owning enquiries, RFQs, and service provider relationships. Develop regional infrastructure, pricing toolkits, operational procedures and KPIs. Drive business development, air charter product awareness, staff training, and ensure compliance, tracking, and safe handling of over-dimensional shipments.
