Leads the strategic vision, lifecycle, roadmap, governance, and commercial execution of enterprise decisioning platforms. Responsibilities include developing automated decision engines and workflow tools, integrating cloud-native architecture and AI, conducting market and customer research, managing product performance and revenue, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role requires experience with B2B SaaS, risk or credit decisioning, automated workflows, cloud platforms, APIs, and AI-enabled products.

Conducts client-focused analytics using credit reference data, statistical methods, Python, and SQL. Delivers credit strategy, model development, and bespoke analytical projects; analyzes multiple data sources, communicates actionable insights, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to develop commercial solutions.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities for Equifax’s EDS and Kount 360 fraud and identity solutions across UK and EU markets. Build client and partner relationships, develop sales pipelines, manage CRM forecasting, represent products at industry events, advise on fraud trends and payment strategies, structure commercial agreements with cross-functional teams, and improve commercial processes through best practices and AI tools.
