As a Decisioning Product Director, you will lead the strategic vision, lifecycle, and market execution for our high-performance decisioning platforms and solutions. You will drive the development of next-generation automated decision engines, leveraging advanced analytics, unique data assets, and artificial intelligence to enable enterprise clients to evaluate risk, optimize workflows, and deliver real-time operational decisions with speed and accuracy.


What you’ll do

  • Define and execute the end-to-end product vision, multi-year strategy, and commercial roadmap for enterprise decisioning engines, rule platforms, and workflow orchestration tools.
  • Partner with cross-functional leadership—including Data & Analytics, Technology Architecture, Legal, Security, and Commercial Sales—to commercialise and scale decisioning solutions globally.
  • Champion the integration of cloud-native architecture, advanced analytics, and EFX.AI capabilities into automated decisioning products to optimize real-time decision quality and system scalability.
  • Conduct direct market research, engage key enterprise customers, and perform competitive analyses to translate market requirements into actionable product features and high-value capabilities.
  • Manage product performance metrics, revenue growth, adoption tracking, and ROI, ensuring continuous alignment with strategic business goals and customer needs.
  • Oversee product governance, compliance adherence, and regulatory standards across decisioning environments.

What experience you need

  • Progressive product management experience leading enterprise B2B SaaS platforms, decisioning engines, risk orchestration tools, or credit risk technologies.
  • Experience structuring, building, and scaling automated decision systems, rule engines, or complex workflow automation platforms.
  • Proven track record in cloud-native product management (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and API-first architectural frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience driving product roadmaps from concept through commercial go-to-market execution.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory standards, data privacy laws, and compliance frameworks impacting automated decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.

What could set you apart

  • Master’s degree or MBA in Product Management, Business Administration, or a technical field.
  • Hands-on experience developing or applying AI/ML models, predictive analytics, or generative AI within decision orchestration tools.
  • Proven experience building, leveraging, or automating workflows using AI tools (such as Google Gemini or Workspace Studio) to enhance team efficiency and operational productivity.
  • Strong domain expertise in financial services, credit risk, fraud mitigation, or identity verification decision systems.
