Lead product discovery and roadmap for Maritime treasury clients, solving FX, derivatives and cash management problems. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Operations to define requirements, integrate third-party systems, conduct competitor and market analysis, and deliver treasury-focused product solutions.

Own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle, defining strategy and roadmaps, translating regulatory requirements into product features, partnering with compliance, data and engineering to build risk scoring, entity resolution, workflow orchestration, and automated lifecycle reviews across jurisdictions.

Lead the Name and Payment Screening product across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions. Define strategy and roadmap for fiat and crypto flows, optimize sanctions/PEP/watchlist sources and matching logic, and reduce false positives via AI. Manage vendor integrations, data models, scalability, and partner with compliance, operations, engineering, and data science to ensure explainable, audit-ready controls and support regulatory reviews.

The Senior Engineer will design, develop, and deploy software solutions for a global financial platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality standards.

Own end-to-end mobile design for Ebury's native iOS and Android apps, translating complex financial workflows into simple, accessible interactions. Prototype, test, and iterate with Product, Engineering and Data, contribute mobile components to the design system, and drive high-quality launches.

Lead end-to-end design for client-facing channels, creating scalable, responsive experiences. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Operations to define problems, prototype, test, and ship polished solutions. Extend the design system, use data to inform trade-offs, and contribute to design culture through critiques and workshops. Fintech or regulated-product experience preferred.

Lead strategy and delivery of ERP and accounting integrations (direct and via aggregators). Define product vision, roadmap, API requirements, and partner/vendor management. Collaborate with engineering, Sales, Partnerships, and DevEx to ensure scalable, well-documented, production-ready integrations and strong developer experience.

Lead design, development, and ownership of a high-volume, multi-currency transactional platform. Architect scalable services, translate financial requirements into technical solutions, mentor engineers, ensure production reliability, and collaborate with global teams on payments, collections, and integrations.

Provide day-to-day management and advice on a broad range of disputes (UK and global), including high-value litigation, asset recovery, employment and regulatory contentious matters. Liaise with internal stakeholders and external counsel, monitor legal developments, identify and mitigate group-wide litigation risk, and act as a trusted advisor across the business.

Build and maintain Ebury's AML platform, delivering high-reliability, low-latency services for real-time sanctions screening and transaction monitoring. Design event-driven systems, own features from discovery to delivery, ensure observability and resilience, write testable code with CI/CD and Terraform deployments, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and compliance for audit-ready solutions.

Act as primary client contact delivering front-line support for the platform and currency trade execution; investigate and resolve payments/banking issues; provide training, reports and demonstrations; manage accounts, identify upsell opportunities, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and long-term client relationships.

Design, build, test, and operate scalable identity and authorization services for a global fintech platform. Lead architecture and code reviews, participate across the SDLC, maintain CI/CD best practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure IAM and FGAC solutions.

Perform rigorous credit assessments of private market funds (PE, VC, Credit), analyze LPAs and PPMs, evaluate GP track records and LP quality, recommend and structure credit limits and margin requirements for derivatives, monitor NAV, liquidity and redemption mechanics, prepare submissions and present to Credit Committee, and contribute to automated risk modelling and local process adaptation.

Lead design and oversight of Ebury's global sanctions and export controls framework. Manage and develop a global team, advise on export controls for trade finance, act as ultimate escalation authority for complex cases, engage regulators, report to the Board, and partner with tech/product to optimize screening systems to balance risk mitigation and commercial objectives.
