The Commercial Analyst will analyze revenue-funnel data, build KPI dashboards, improve forecasting, optimize revenue processes, maintain CRM and revenue technology systems, and automate manual workflows. The role supports Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product through reporting, strategic analysis, and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities also include CRM data integrity, team training, cross-functional projects, and applying AI tools to streamline revenue operations.

Manage a portfolio of approximately 300 corporate clients using Ebury’s EBO platform. Provide daily operational, trading, and payment assistance; resolve client issues; understand FX needs; build relationships; promote products; identify account-growth opportunities; and coordinate with internal teams. The role requires accurate handling of currency trades, banking information, exchange rates, margins, and high-value payments in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Own the Transaction Monitoring product domain across fiat, crypto, card, and hybrid payment flows. Define strategy, roadmaps, AML rules, risk typologies, and predictive-model requirements while balancing growth and regulatory risk. Partner with Compliance, First Line, Data Science, Engineering, and vendors to improve alert quality, reduce false positives, support audits, and build scalable, regulator-ready controls for new payment rails and products.

Owns the vision, strategy, and roadmap for maritime FX solutions. The role identifies treasury challenges in the shipping sector and develops products involving FX, derivatives, interest income, cash management, analytics, technology, and operations. Own and improve Ebury’s end-to-end client conversion journey from spot FX transactions to active hedging and recurring hedging policies. Lead a developer squad building client decision tools, CPM tooling, lifecycle workflows, exposure views, and experimentation programs. Partner with Sales, Data, Design, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and clients to increase conversion, repeat hedging, and adoption while operating within regulated financial-product requirements.

Lead enterprise sales into Defence and Aerospace, originating Tier-1 accounts and selling complex FX hedging, cash management, and supplier financing. Build C-suite relationships, shape product roadmap as sector expert, mentor junior sellers, and maintain a disciplined, Salesforce-driven pipeline to close long-cycle, high-value deals.

Outbound business development role selling FX and cross-border payment solutions to private market clients (hedge funds, asset managers, private equity).
