The Commercial Analyst will analyze revenue-funnel data, build KPI dashboards, improve forecasting, optimize revenue processes, maintain CRM and revenue technology systems, and automate manual workflows. The role supports Sales, Marketing, Finance, Data, and Product through reporting, strategic analysis, and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities also include CRM data integrity, team training, cross-functional projects, and applying AI tools to streamline revenue operations.

Leads global financial consolidation, foreign currency accounting, CTA, and treasury FX risk management across multinational entities. Oversees multi-currency close operations, intercompany eliminations, derivatives hedging and IFRS accounting. Drives NetSuite and treasury system enhancements, advises on intercompany financing and net investment hedging, and presents FX analysis and transformation updates to executive stakeholders and audit committees. The role may be permanent or interim/contract.

Support product discovery and execution for global payments and money flows. Own small to medium features from ideation through launch, write user stories, monitor KPIs, conduct user research, gather customer insights, and help translate product strategy into prioritized roadmaps. Collaborate with cross-functional teams while developing expertise in payments, accounts, currencies, and international money movement.

Drive growth of Ebury’s institutional solutions business by identifying treasury challenges for investment funds and service providers, then developing technology, analytics, product, and operational solutions. Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap; translate financial requirements into product specifications; collaborate with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and clients; assess market opportunities and competitors; and improve treasury and legal technology workflows.

Lead commercial product development for Ebury’s Institutional Solutions business. Discover treasury challenges for private market participants and their service providers, define product vision and roadmaps, and coordinate Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk, Operations, and Dealing teams. Identify opportunities across FX, derivatives, interest income, and regional growth. Translate financial requirements into product specifications, conduct competitor and market analysis, and improve in-house and third-party financial systems and workflows.

Serve as the primary contact for business clients, providing platform troubleshooting, currency trade support, payment issue resolution, account management, reporting, demonstrations, and training. Build strong client relationships, coordinate with internal teams, identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, and ensure accurate handling of currency trades, banking information, and high-value payments.

Manage an existing book of Whitelabel partners, run regular client meetings, build relationships, train partners on Ebury products, drive additional revenue, collaborate with internal teams to maintain service levels, support sales for new business, ensure partners follow AML processes, and provide feedback to improve systems and processes.

Design, build, test, deploy and maintain scalable identity solutions for a global fintech platform. Participate across the SDLC, lead architectural discussions, enforce engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity and access features.

Lead development and scaling of the Payments Experience web application and platform tooling. Design services via RFCs, own end-to-end development, containerization, deployment, and maintenance. Ensure test coverage, observability, CI/CD and IaC. Mentor junior engineers and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, customer-facing features.

Drive growth of Ebury's Private Markets FX institutional client base in the UK: research and qualify prospects, build relationships with investment managers and fund administrators, monitor market and regulatory changes, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver treasury risk management solutions.

Own and improve Ebury’s end-to-end client conversion journey from spot FX transactions to active hedging and recurring hedging policies. Lead a developer squad building client decision tools, CPM tooling, lifecycle workflows, exposure views, and experimentation programs. Partner with Sales, Data, Design, Engineering, Compliance, Risk, and clients to increase conversion, repeat hedging, and adoption while operating within regulated financial-product requirements.

Lead enterprise sales into Defence and Aerospace, originating Tier-1 accounts and selling complex FX hedging, cash management, and supplier financing. Build C-suite relationships, shape product roadmap as sector expert, mentor junior sellers, and maintain a disciplined, Salesforce-driven pipeline to close long-cycle, high-value deals.

Outbound business development role selling FX and cross-border payment solutions to private market clients (hedge funds, asset managers, private equity). Responsibilities include prospecting and acquiring clients, building strategic relationships, solution selling and negotiation, executing sales strategy, and coordinating with FX dealing and operations for onboarding and trade execution.

Lead sales efforts in the Defence vertical, originating Tier-1 prospects and selling complex FX hedging, cash management, and supplier financing. Build C-suite relationships, mentor the London sales floor, provide sector expertise to Product, and maintain a rigorous Salesforce pipeline to drive long-cycle defence contracts.

Manage a portfolio of maritime partners, execute FX trades across liquidity providers, handle high-volume payments and enquiries, liaise with internal teams, mentor partner associates, and help partners grow using Ebury products.

Lead product discovery and roadmap for Maritime treasury clients, solving FX, derivatives and cash management problems. Work cross-functionally with Engineering, Data, Sales, Risk and Operations to define requirements, integrate third-party systems, conduct competitor and market analysis, and deliver treasury-focused product solutions.

Own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle, defining strategy and roadmaps, translating regulatory requirements into product features, partnering with compliance, data and engineering to build risk scoring, entity resolution, workflow orchestration, and automated lifecycle reviews across jurisdictions.

Lead the Name and Payment Screening product across onboarding, monitoring, and transactions. Define strategy and roadmap for fiat and crypto flows, optimize sanctions/PEP/watchlist sources and matching logic, and reduce false positives via AI. Manage vendor integrations, data models, scalability, and partner with compliance, operations, engineering, and data science to ensure explainable, audit-ready controls and support regulatory reviews.

The Senior Engineer will design, develop, and deploy software solutions for a global financial platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams and maintaining high-quality standards.

Own end-to-end mobile design for Ebury's native iOS and Android apps, translating complex financial workflows into simple, accessible interactions. Prototype, test, and iterate with Product, Engineering and Data, contribute mobile components to the design system, and drive high-quality launches.
