Lead product strategy and roadmap for institutional treasury solutions. Discover client treasury problems, define product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, perform market and competitor analysis, and deliver solutions in FX, derivatives, cash management and integrations with fintech systems.

Manage an existing book of Whitelabel partners, run regular client meetings, build relationships, train partners on Ebury products, drive additional revenue, collaborate with internal teams to maintain service levels, support sales for new business, ensure partners follow AML processes, and provide feedback to improve systems and processes.

Design, build, test, deploy and maintain scalable identity solutions for a global fintech platform. Participate across the SDLC, lead architectural discussions, enforce engineering best practices, code reviews, automated testing and CI/CD, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure identity and access features.

Own the end-to-end KYC/KYB lifecycle: define strategy and roadmap, design verification and risk-rating frameworks, ensure jurisdictional compliance, improve onboarding and ongoing due diligence, partner with compliance, operations, data and engineering to build decisioning, entity resolution and workflow orchestration.

Collaborate with product, design, and data teams, ensure high code quality and test coverage, integrate with backend APIs, contribute to Expo deployment pipelines, and participate in on-call rotations while supporting cross-team and cross-country communication.
