Field-based Business Development Manager responsible for prospecting and signing restaurant partners across London. Deliver product pitches, manage a high-volume pipeline and CRM, negotiate commercial agreements, onboard new venues, support city launches, and share market feedback to refine sales playbooks.

Build EatClub’s UK enterprise sales motion from scratch by identifying and engaging multi-site hospitality groups. Own the full B2B sales cycle, including prospecting, stakeholder mapping, pitches, demos, negotiation, closing, onboarding, and pipeline management. Develop senior relationships, navigate complex procurement and integration dependencies, attend industry events, and achieve quarterly venue acquisition targets across UK markets.

Manage a portfolio of restaurant partners across London, building relationships, driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities, onboarding and activating partners, monitoring performance dashboards, reducing churn, and improving revenue and retention. The role combines frequent field visits with desk-based analysis, commercial planning, partner consultations, lead generation, and collaboration on account management processes and reporting.

Owns UK People & Culture activities across employee relations, leadership coaching, performance and talent programs, recruitment, onboarding, learning and development, compensation cycles, engagement initiatives, office operations, compliance, and team rituals. Partners with local leaders and the global P&C team to support organizational effectiveness, deliver people programs, manage the London workspace, and create positive employee and candidate experiences in a fast-growing technology environment.
