Lead the transformation of Infrata’s project archive into a governed, searchable knowledge base. Responsibilities include designing taxonomies and metadata standards, establishing data governance, stewarding analytical tools, building data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure, piloting AI-assisted workflows, and driving technology adoption. The role also advises leadership, coordinates with IT and security teams, and ensures confidentiality, quality assurance, and expert human review.

Lead go-to-market strategy and commercialisation for digital consulting offerings across EMEA. Drive adoption of digital solutions, develop partnerships, support product positioning and pricing, mentor regional teams, engage senior clients, conduct market research, and contribute to thought leadership to grow the digital practice.

The role involves leading the identification, design, and delivery of AI solutions, managing transformation programs, and ensuring measurable outcomes and team capabilities.
