Lead design and delivery of enterprise learning and capability solutions for client transformation programs. Build role-based learning journeys, competency frameworks, assessments, curricula, and scalable tools. Partner with stakeholders to align learning to business goals, support pilots and implementation, measure effectiveness, and refine solutions. Provide instructional design expertise and embed learning into day-to-day operations to drive behavior change and performance improvement.
