Provides assurance for vessel Dynamic Positioning systems by reviewing technical documentation, developing and reviewing FMEA studies and IMCA-compliant trials programs, witnessing vessel trials, and acting as an independent technical authority. The role also supports offshore client representation, marine operating procedures, risk assessments, SIMOPS evaluations, and multi-vessel marine risk reviews. Based in Aberdeen, it involves regular domestic and international travel, sometimes at short notice.

Build and deploy production-grade role-based AI agents for renewable energy asset monitoring, analytics, optimization, and decision support. Design multi-agent architectures, integrate diverse data sources and enterprise systems, create evaluation and testing frameworks, implement observability and traceability, and operate AI services in production. Collaborate with renewable energy experts to ensure outputs are accurate, evidence-based, safe, and operationally useful.

Provide strategic HR partnership to senior leaders across the UK and Ireland Energy Systems business. Advise on organisational change, workforce planning, employee relations, leadership capability, engagement, retention, performance, and people strategy. Use people data to identify trends and inform decisions, while coaching leaders and strengthening organisational effectiveness in a complex professional services environment. The role is hybrid from London, Loughborough, or Bristol, with regular travel to other UK offices.

Lead global operational excellence initiatives across DNV Energy Systems by identifying and launching improvement pilots, coaching teams in Lean Six Sigma and problem-solving, supporting continuous improvement journeys, and driving strategic initiatives. Refine operational excellence frameworks, share best practices across international teams, and deliver measurable performance improvements. Occasional travel is required.

Lead DNV’s global FACTS consultancy growth through sales, business development, thought leadership, proposition development, and customer engagement. Safeguard technical quality for bids and service delivery, coordinate FACTS consultants and project teams, develop organizational capabilities, and represent DNV at industry conferences and technical institutes. The role serves utilities, system operators, developers, investors, governments, EPCs, and OEMs, with approximately 20% international travel.
