Negotiate partnership agreements, manage partner relations and sponsorship fulfilment, coordinate multi-channel campaigns, collaborate with sales, marketing and design, track and report partnership performance, and develop exhibitor success programmes.

Sell conference delegate passes and packages to new and existing clients in the global energy sector. Own assigned accounts/regions and revenue targets, generate leads, consultatively qualify client needs, collaborate with marketing, data, sponsorship and event teams, attend conferences to secure renewals, and use CRM and reporting to meet KPIs.

Lead development and delivery of commercially successful conference programmes across live, digital and hybrid products. Conduct market research, recruit and manage senior speakers, build stakeholder relationships, support sponsorship and delegate revenue, collaborate with Commercial/Marketing/Operations, manage production timelines and onsite delivery, and drive portfolio innovation and continuous improvement.

Support the Operations team delivering conferences, exhibitions and awards through exhibitor liaison, communications planning, Salesforce and database management, producing exhibitor materials, updating floor plans, on-site organiser office support, coordinating freight, travel and accommodation, purchase order support, and general admin while following health & safety and Ops processes.
