Drive new business and expand existing revenue across major UK markets, selling DISCO’s legal technology platforms to law firms and corporate legal departments. Build long-term client relationships, manage complex multi-party sales cycles, exceed quotas, analyze territory potential, maintain Salesforce pipeline data, source referrals, and collaborate cross-functionally. The role also involves developing SDR partnerships, tracking competitive activity, and providing consultative solutions to Big Law clients.

Leads large-scale platform initiatives and provides technical direction, mentorship, and architectural oversight. Designs, develops, and operates highly scalable, reliable distributed data systems at petabyte scale. Builds data platforms, ETL pipelines, file-processing systems, and multi-tenant data engines supporting analytics and machine learning. Optimizes performance, cost, and reliability; strengthens observability, security, code quality, and documentation; troubleshoots complex issues; and collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders.

The Associate Project Manager delivers low-to-moderate complexity eDiscovery projects, tracks work and deadlines, supports quality control, resolves client inquiries, and advises users on DISCO platform workflows. The role requires collaboration with forensics, data operations, client success, and project management teams. Responsibilities also include client communication, product training for legal professionals, platform expertise, workflow guidance, and providing feedback to product and engineering teams.
