Your Impact

The Associate Project Manager works in conjunction with other DISCO Project Managers to provide exceptional client service and helps our clients use the DISCO product for all of their eDiscovery and investigation needs. They handle straightforward to moderately complex projects, manage direct customer inquiries, and provide product feature assistance to clients within the DISCO platform, making critical workflow decisions within established guidelines

What You'll Do
  • Project Management & Delivery: Collaborates with other Project Managers and cross-functional team members, such as Forensics, Data Operations, Disco Desk, and Client Success, to deliver superior service and help solve challenges for DISCO clients. Owns the execution of core, low-to-moderate complexity matters, and discrete billable tasks assigned by senior team members. Focuses on efficient service delivery and quality control while navigating platform features to prevent user errors. Maintains project tracking to ensure that all requested work is completed correctly and deadlines are met. 
  • Product Expertise: Develops advanced knowledge of the DISCO platform and its capabilities to advise clients on best practices for early data assessment, document review, and production. Provides feedback and feature requests to DISCO’s product and engineering teams to help drive continuous improvement. 
  • Client Relations: Builds rapport and establishes open communication with clients regarding DISCO usage, status reporting, and core product functionality. Acts as a DISCO ambassador throughout the case lifecycle, and delivers product training to attorneys, paralegals, and litigation support specialist.
Who You Are
  • 1+ years of eDiscovery project management experience (or equivalent education) at a law firm, in-house legal department, or service provider 
  • 1+ years of working knowledge with one or more industry-standard eDiscovery platforms, such as DISCO, Relativity, Everlaw, Reveal, or Recommind
  • 1+ years experience at a consulting firm or providing consultative solutions in eDiscovery 
  • 1+ years experience working for a litigation support group at a law firm/corporation 
  • 1+ years experience with data collection and processing software
