Manages moderate- to high-complexity eDiscovery matters from kickoff through closeout. Designs review workflows, administers databases, and provides expertise in advanced searches, batching, productions, analytics, and GenAI functionality. Serves as the primary client contact, coordinates cross-functional resolution of technical issues, mitigates risks, reports status, delivers targeted training, and translates client feedback into product improvements.
