Designs and governs Diageo’s Marketing Technology architecture, integrations, data flows, and interoperability across content, data, media, analytics, identity, and AI ecosystems. The role translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads architecture reviews and governance, defines standards and patterns, and partners with Marketing, Digital, Data, IT, Security, Procurement, product teams, and vendors on the MarTech roadmap and delivery.

Leads EMEA media strategy, planning, investment, activation, performance, and optimization across paid, retail, social, and influencer channels. Translates global strategies into local market plans, drives integrated full-funnel growth, strengthens measurement and test-and-learn programs, manages agency partnerships, and aligns media with brand, commercial, and customer priorities. Builds and develops a high-performing regional media team while influencing senior stakeholders across complex, multi-market organizations.

Leads global marketing procurement across brands and markets, partnering with Global Brand Teams and Regional Procurement. Responsibilities include agency ecosystem strategy, cross-market sourcing, negotiations, supplier performance, investment planning, category strategies, governance, data-driven decisions, and adoption of digital procurement and AI-enabled tools.
