Leads the Integrated Business Planning process for a global travel market, coordinating Marketing, Commercial, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and Logistics. Facilitates monthly IBP and weekly S&OE meetings, reconciles plans, identifies risks and opportunities, develops gap-closing scenarios, and supports executive decision-making. Owns business planning and budgeting cycles, drives process adoption and continuous improvement, develops reporting and dashboards, and ensures delivery of service, inventory, forecast, volume, value, innovation, and cost objectives.

Designs and governs Diageo’s Marketing Technology architecture, integrations, data flows, and interoperability across content, data, media, analytics, identity, and AI ecosystems. The role translates business requirements into scalable solutions, leads architecture reviews and governance, defines standards and patterns, and partners with Marketing, Digital, Data, IT, Security, Procurement, product teams, and vendors on the MarTech roadmap and delivery.

Provides global security intelligence and geopolitical analysis to support executive decision-making, crisis response, and business planning. Leads the global Travel Risk Management Programme, including traveler training, country risk reviews, booking controls, and duty-of-care compliance. Manages security projects and programmes while overseeing technology, systems, training, and knowledge-management support services. Builds relationships with security organizations, government agencies, law enforcement, and external networks.
