Della AI is a leading artificial intelligence (AI) technology based on advanced natural language processing (NLP), which allows legal professionals to accelerate and simplify their reviews and audit of contracts through AI technology, in multiple languages. It is a “question answering technology” which enables legal professionals to analyse documents based on their own questions and checklists, allowing them to make the best use of their own expertise. Technology provider and start-up Della AI was founded in 2018, with offices in London and Paris, and was acquired by Wolters Kluwer in December 2022. Della is now part of Wolters Kluwer’s Legal & Regulatory Legal Software business, where its novel technology will enhance their existing partnership with Legisway, the all-in-one software solution for corporate legal departments, and support new capabilities and opportunities.
