Provides administrative support to the Operations team, including invoicing, troubleshooting, scheduling pallet and transport work, office administration, driver support, pick-sheet scanning, stakeholder coordination, and driver debrief recording. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and the ability to prioritize under pressure.

Manage the sales ledger and credit control process by posting and allocating payments, chasing overdue debts, resolving invoice queries, reconciling accounts, maintaining detailed activity records, issuing invoices, taking card payments, and preparing reports. The role owns a ledger, handles customer and internal enquiries, and supports accurate, timely debt management.

Supports the accounts department with purchase ledger administration, including processing invoices, credits, supplier payments, statements, credit notes, and supplier account maintenance. The role also involves reconciling paperwork, responding to supplier queries, updating records, filing, general office administration, and data entry using Excel and accounting software.
