Lead site delivery for a multi-phase residential development, ensuring homes are built safely, on schedule, within budget, and to required quality standards. Manage subcontractors, site teams, progress reporting, project information, quality inspections, customer-facing presentation, budgets, review meetings, and compliance with HSE regulations. Provide leadership, coaching, negotiation, and performance management while coordinating production functions and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, colleagues, and external stakeholders.

Manage residential development sites from planning through completion, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, accurately, cost-effectively, and to strict quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating technical and design requirements, onboarding and managing subcontractors, sourcing and safely storing materials, conducting construction quality checks, overseeing budgets, and escalating issues. The role also requires strong communication, negotiation, relationship-building, team leadership, financial awareness, and experience managing multi-phase, mixed-use housebuilding projects.

Supports sales and marketing performance analysis, reporting, dashboard maintenance, campaign tracking, customer and market research, and insight preparation. The intern will identify trends, interpret data, coordinate marketing activities, assist with presentations and administrative tasks, and communicate findings to stakeholders. This 6–12 month entry-level internship suits a recent graduate with strong analytical, organizational, communication, and Excel skills who is interested in commercial performance, sales, marketing, or insights.
