Generates new business across UK and international corporate, association, and production company markets. Responsibilities include cold outreach, networking, social selling, qualifying leads, securing RFPs, conducting site tours and presentations, maintaining CRM data, reporting pipeline activity, and attending industry events. The role requires independently building a pipeline and collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to identify new markets and buyer opportunities.

Drives revenue for live meetings and events by qualifying inbound enquiries, managing opportunities, converting smaller bookings, and maintaining client, agency, and internal relationships. Updates CRM records, supports pipeline reporting, coordinates venue and booking administration, and directs larger opportunities to the appropriate account owner. The role requires strong communication, organization, sales judgment, venue knowledge, and collaboration in a fast-paced central office environment.

Provide hands-on L1 technical support for macOS and Windows endpoints, identity platforms, SaaS applications, and business systems. Manage tickets, troubleshoot access and configuration issues, coordinate escalations, and support onboarding and offboarding. Maintain device compliance, patching, MDM configurations, and physical access systems. Contribute to incident analysis, automation, knowledge-base documentation, and improved self-service while delivering strong response times and customer satisfaction.
