Lead the AI Acceleration Centre, developing frameworks, governance, operating models and capabilities that help technology teams adopt AI-enabled software delivery. Identify and prioritize AI opportunities, implement solutions across business programs, coach delivery teams, and drive enterprise-wide adoption while maintaining security, privacy, architecture and engineering standards. Partner with senior technology, business, risk and governance stakeholders to deliver measurable value at scale.

Provides sales, research, production, and operational support to the Debt business. Responsibilities include market research, prospect targeting, lead generation, CRM maintenance, enquiry qualification, meeting coordination, client relationship support, marketing presentation preparation, and assistance with Debt Holder Identification Reports.
