Provides sales, research, production, and operational support to the Debt business. Responsibilities include market research, prospect targeting, lead generation, CRM maintenance, enquiry qualification, meeting coordination, client relationship support, marketing presentation preparation, and assistance with Debt Holder Identification Reports. The role requires developing knowledge of debt and fixed-income markets while collaborating with sales, analysts, operations, clients, and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms using Terraform, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. Design enterprise landing zones, networking, firewall, observability, governance, and AI platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, networking, and operations teams to support change, create self-service tooling, optimize cloud costs, and enable users. The role also involves evaluating emerging cloud and AI technologies in a regulated financial-services environment.

Provide strategic employment law advice to People, leadership and business units across the UK and Continental Europe. Draft and review contracts, policies and commercial agreements; manage disputes, investigations, DSARs and whistleblowing; deliver training; oversee external counsel; monitor legislative changes and implement mitigation strategies.
