Build and maintain secure, scalable Azure cloud platforms using Terraform, Kubernetes, automation, CI/CD, and Azure DevOps. Design enterprise landing zones, networking, firewall, observability, governance, and AI platform capabilities. Collaborate with engineering, architecture, security, networking, and operations teams to support change, create self-service tooling, optimize cloud costs, and enable users. The role also involves evaluating emerging cloud and AI technologies in a regulated financial-services environment.

Develop and maintain sales enablement content and proposal materials, analyze market/client/competitor insights, create battlecards and talking points, own the Sales Enablement SharePoint hub, enforce content governance, and ensure front-office teams have current, modular, client-ready resources.

Provide strategic employment law advice to People, leadership and business units across the UK and Continental Europe. Draft and review contracts, policies and commercial agreements; manage disputes, investigations, DSARs and whistleblowing; deliver training; oversee external counsel; monitor legislative changes and implement mitigation strategies.
