The Senior Relationship Manager will build and maintain client relationships, provide platform training, manage IT integrations, and support client engagement and growth in Investor Relations.

Drive execution of an Entity Management SaaS product roadmap: define priorities, translate customer problems into features, work with agile teams to deliver scalable software, measure outcomes using customer insights and usage data, and identify opportunities to apply AI and automation to improve product capability and delivery.

Responsible for supporting ISO certification programs, managing InfoSec and Data Protection documents, and assisting with audits and client queries.
