We are looking for a Client Solutions Executive to join our Issuer Services New Business Team, which is responsible for generating new revenue and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will support the development of new business opportunities and pipeline, working closely with the team throughout the sales process. A key focus of the role will be to develop and strengthen our advisor network, identify new opportunities, and support the creation of tailored proposals and fee outcomes.

You will also work collaboratively with the wider team to help progress opportunities through to completion, contributing to the continued growth and success of the Issuer Services business.
A role you will love

The day-to-day of this role will involve supporting the Issuer Services New Business Team in generating new revenue and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities. You will work closely with the team to identify new business opportunities, develop our advisor network and support the sales process through to completion.

You will also be responsible for supporting the creation of proposals and presenting fee outcomes, working collaboratively with stakeholders to help progress opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the Issuer Services business.

Key responsibilities:

  • Maintaining sales, relationship and insight tracking tools to ensure data is accurate and up to date, including Excel, Salesforce, CRMoD and Monday.com, ensuring data is accurate and up to date. Acting as the team champion for these platforms by promoting best practice, supporting users, driving data quality improvements, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency  and producing accurate reports from multiple data sources to support regional and global reporting requirements.
  • Managing and owning KPI performance tracking, market intelligence and reporting across the New Business team, ensuring data quality and accuracy whilst producing regular management information, performance dashboards, market share analysis and actionable insights to support decision-making, measure performance against objectives.
  • Working closely with the Business Development team to format and prepare proposals, presentations, assets and other collateral in Word and PowerPoint to support new business opportunities.
  • Supporting the collection and coordination of new client Customer Due Diligence, including gathering client information and liaising with internal stakeholders to manage the process from end to end.
  • Assisting with the monitoring and coordination of new business initiatives across the Existing Client, Future Client and Strategic Advisor Programmes.
  • Supporting and coordinating regular internal and external communications across a broad range of stakeholders, including Senior Leadership, Sales and Marketing teams ensuring timely information sharing, effective collaboration and the successful progression of new business opportunities and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinating team calendars, meeting invitations, travel arrangements,  attendance for meetings and events and wider team logistics ensuring effective planning and organisation across relevant stakeholders.
  • Providing general administrative support to the New Business team and assisting with other tasks as required including coordinating expense submissions, maintaining the Gifts & Entertainment register and other operational and administrative tasks as required.
     

What will you bring to the role?

We are looking for a Client Solutions Executive with:

  • Strong attention to detail and experience working with data, reporting tools and multiple data sources, including Excel, Salesforce, CRMoD and Monday.com with the ability to maintain data integrity and drive high standards of data quality.
  • Ability to produce accurate and timely reports to support regional and global business requirements.
  • Strong proficiency in Word and PowerPoint, with the ability to format and prepare professional proposals and presentations and other client-facing materials to support new business opportunities.
  • Ability to coordinate Customer Due Diligence processes, gather client information and liaise effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth end-to-end process.
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously including opportunity tracking, calendars, meetings, invitations and events across multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across a wide range of teams, business units and stakeholders, both within Issuer Services and across the broader organisation.  
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to tight deadlines and provide effective administrative support in a fast-paced business environment.
  • Previous experience with Salesforce, CRMoD and Monday.com with the confidence to act as a team champion for business systems, promoting best practice, supporting users and identifying opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gainsis essential; training will be provided where required.
