Manage third-party claims administrators across Europe, overseeing delegated authority, onboarding, audits, remediation plans, contractual and regulatory compliance, fee negotiations, procurement, bordereaux oversight, and operating-model improvements. The role requires experience managing outsourced claims providers across Lloyd’s and non-Lloyd’s business, commercial contract expertise, strong stakeholder and analytical skills, and proficiency with Excel and Word.

Lead actuarial due diligence for global M&A transactions in the non-life insurance and reinsurance sector. Assess reserving, capital, pricing, valuation, and deal structures; manage multiple transactions; engage cedants and external advisers; and oversee the integration of completed acquisitions. The role requires qualified actuarial expertise, commercial judgment, strong communication, leadership, and experience with transaction due diligence or risk-based pricing.

Analyze and price non-life reinsurance transactions across the full lifecycle, including data review, modelling, execution support, and portfolio monitoring. The role partners with underwriters and senior actuaries and requires reserving, pricing, or portfolio analysis expertise, strong communication skills, and advanced Excel capability. Python or R experience is advantageous.
