The Lead Modeller will design and govern the Business Plan Model, deliver analysis and insights to support strategic decisions, and ensure model accuracy and compliance.

Lead end-to-end post-deal integrations of acquired insurance portfolios and entities. Own integration delivery from deal close to BAU, run operational due diligence, design target operating models, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage governance, risks, and stakeholder communications, and drive continuous improvement of methodologies and playbooks.

Support and maintain claims policy and governance documentation across jurisdictions. Manage document control, coordinate policy reviews, support audits and quality assurance, produce governance reporting, and liaise with Claims, Compliance, and Risk stakeholders.
