Teams at Collinson

Lead change management across Collinson’s transformation programmes, including impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, leadership coaching, risk mitigation, adoption measurement, and change governance. The role coordinates Change Managers, promotes standardized methodologies, builds change-agent networks, supports leadership development, and drives successful adoption across multiple business units.

Develop scalable commercial frameworks, value propositions, business cases, proposals, and client solutions across EMEA. Partner with sales, account management, Product, Data, and Technology teams to identify growth opportunities, improve win rates, support strategic sales pursuits, facilitate client workshops and business reviews, and create thought leadership for the Financial Services and Travel sectors.

Lead enhancement and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, run risk assessments and workshops, maintain risk registers and KRIs, produce executive risk reporting, challenge business controls, support incident/root-cause analysis, and partner with stakeholders to build risk capability and inform strategic decisions.
