Lead and oversee change management across transformation programmes: assess impact, drive stakeholder engagement, standardise methodologies, coach leaders, support communications and training, manage risks, measure adoption, and contribute to a change community of practice to ensure successful adoption and sustained behaviour change.

Support a Transformation team by eliciting and documenting requirements, process mapping, solution design support, change impact assessments, stakeholder management, and assisting project delivery and handover to BAU.

Lead enhancement and embedding of the Enterprise Risk Management Framework, run risk assessments and workshops, maintain risk registers and KRIs, produce executive risk reporting, challenge business controls, support incident/root-cause analysis, and partner with stakeholders to build risk capability and inform strategic decisions.
