Lead R&D and NPI design, set and deliver technology strategy, manage and grow the engineering function, and represent technical capabilities to clients. Oversee multidisciplinary engineering (mechanical, electronic, hardware, software) to develop seismic products and collaborate with product development and sales. Ensure expertise across seismic acquisition, processing and interpretation.
