Supply Chain Manager – IoT - London, UK

A Supply chain Manager role working in a very exciting, well funded start up.

Essential to have good supply chain management, relationship & procurement experience

Project the company’s technical competence to clients, to let them know that not only can you undertake each project successfully, but you can do it better and more innovatively than their competitors. 

The Role
  • Supply chain management
  • Negotiation with suppliers
  • Reducing total Cost of Bill of Materials (CBOM)
  • Procurement best practices
  • Work with Management, Engineering, Sales and Operations & other internal departments

Experience Required

  • BEng Engineering – Electrical, Electronic, Automation or Mechanical.
  • Supply chain management
  • Reducing total Cost of Bill of Materials (CBOM)

·Supports the product life cycle management process.

    • Use of tools and metrics to optimize the supply chain - Collecting and analyzing data, drawing conclusions and presenting findings.
    • Managing and improving systems, processes and products.
  • Proficient in the use of mainstream PC desktop applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, VISIO, Project).
  • Advantage to have Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic engineering experience in tech environment eg electronic boards purchasing

Please note that this senior Role is only for Experienced and qualified Supply Chain Managers with background/ technical understanding in Electronic or Mechanical Engineering and experience in IoT/Electronic Boards/ High volume electronics.
