Manage full commercial relationships with a portfolio of UK and Ireland transport authorities and operators. Own the sales cycle from pipeline to contract award, expansion and renewal; develop account strategies; navigate public sector procurement; engage technical, operational and executive stakeholders; represent CitySwift at industry events; and share market intelligence with Product, Engineering and Customer Success.

Targeted, account-based sales role focused on mapping and engaging priority public transport accounts. Conducts deep research, crafts tailored multi-channel outbound campaigns, opens senior-level conversations, supports early-stage qualification and discovery, logs activity in HubSpot, records calls with Grain, and travels to industry events to build pipeline and strategic relationships.

The Partner Manager will build relationships with key accounts, manage project delivery, and ensure customer satisfaction by maximizing value across CitySwift's product suite.
