Lead portfolio analytics for Commercial Insurance by delivering recurring reports, automated monitoring, deep-dive and market analyses, scenario modelling, and impact assessments. Partner with Pricing, Underwriting, Actuarial, Finance, and Data Engineering to translate insights into portfolio strategy, tooling enhancements, and stakeholder recommendations to drive evidence-based decisions and improve visibility into market and portfolio dynamics.

A one-week career insight program introducing participants to insurance through professional shadowing across operations, underwriting, and claims. Participants attend workshops and panels, learn about risk analysis, negotiation, client management, technology, and sustainability, and receive career coaching on CVs, interviews, and planning. The program is open to students, recent graduates, career changers, and applicants from all academic backgrounds, with no prior experience required.

Support catastrophe analytics, regulatory submissions, portfolio reporting, exposure analysis, stress testing, and data-quality improvements. Process catastrophe model outputs, prepare Lloyd’s and other regulatory returns, collaborate with underwriting and modelling teams, and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders. The role also contributes to reporting workflows, methodology documentation, emerging-risk research, and continuous improvement.

Lead deployment of analytics and AI into production within insurance: embed with underwriters and pricing teams, define deployment specs, ensure adoption, measure commercial impact, design monitoring and governance, and enable business users.

Manage and develop strategic client relationships across consumer insurance lines, drive commercial performance and growth, oversee governance and regulatory alignment, lead cross-functional delivery, review performance metrics, and identify improvement and sales opportunities to meet annual targets.

Support Consumer UK growth through analytics, market insight, value proposition development, new deal implementation, partner and broker relationship management, and cross-functional coordination to deliver strategic initiatives.

The AI Engineer will focus on the lifecycle of production-grade AI, managing model training, fine-tuning, inference optimization, and production engineering, while collaborating with stakeholders to implement business requirements.

Lead design, development, and production deployment of generative AI solutions on Azure and Databricks. Build LLM-driven applications (RAG, agentic workflows) using LangGraph/LangChain, implement backend APIs with FastAPI, containerize with Docker, deploy on Kubernetes/AKS, architect search/retrieval with Azure AI Search and MongoDB, and mentor engineers while driving architecture, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

Lead end-to-end design and delivery of a global claims transformation program, translating business needs into technical requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams to implement automation and AI solutions, managing project plans, budgets, risk, and change adoption across international claims operations.
