Lead design and enablement of enterprise corporate systems architectures (Finance, Risk, Actuarial, HR, Legal). Define reference models, roadmaps, and standards; drive modernization, integration, cloud adoption, resilience, reuse and governance; enable AI-SDLC and Architecture-as-Code; collaborate with delivery and support teams to implement scalable solutions.

Lead COG Claims data strategy and delivery, building scalable data products, pipelines, and AI-ready assets. Partner with Claims Transformation and stakeholders to enable analytics, automation, RAG/AI Search, and enterprise ontologies. Manage Agile product teams, roadmaps, governance, and data quality to drive measurable business outcomes across global Claims.
