Manage global immigration and mobility operations, including UK visa sponsorship, applications, extensions, Certificates of Sponsorship, expiry monitoring, sponsor reporting, and international case coordination. Maintain compliance controls, documentation, and audit readiness while advising stakeholders on cross-border work and transfers. Oversee immigration and tax partners, monitor service delivery, interpret regulatory changes, produce management information, and improve processes across EMEA, APAC, and other jurisdictions.

Deliver business analysis and transformation initiatives for Wealth and Asset Management clients. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping and improving processes and customer journeys, producing specifications and user stories, supporting business cases, testing, UAT and implementation. The role involves Agile delivery, stakeholder engagement, actionable analysis, and responsible use of AI-enabled tools to improve productivity and decision-making.
